I would give this app zero stars if I could. You cant see your benefits and it said I dont have any current claims even though I have at least three that come up on the desktop website. It wouldnt even load my ID cards. Completely useless app.

I cant even log into the system let alone use any of its useless services. This is an app that could be very helpful but it is designed terribly and should be taken off the App Store.

Absolutely useless! Dont know what more to say. Even more useless than their website.

This version seems to work really well. I specially like being able to fax my ID card to a provider. This helps to make pre-registration really fast. Overall its a very good app.

Ive downloaded the app 3 times and it never opens. Obviously needs some work.

I contacted tech support numerous times because my vision benefits card shows up and not my medical benefits card and its still not fixed.

Like the design and the convenience!

This app is very easy to navigate and is organized very nice.

Cant view claims. Inbox doesnt show up. Therefore completely useless to me

A waste of time.

A benefit of the app is not having to always carry my whole families ID cards. However, it never works. There for basically making the app useless for me.

Love that I can use Touch ID to access it quickly and its so convenient to be able to fax or email my card right from the app! It works seamlessly and so quickly that I impress everyone with such easy access to my insurance card and information!

This is the message I get most often when trying to use the app. "Sorry, cant find any doctors"; "Sorry, cant access your medical benefits right now"; "Sorry, please call Customer service" etc. The reason I downloaded the app is to cut the middle man, and do it myself...Why bother having an application that fails to work 75% of the time?

I would love to be able to view a claim instead of having to view from my Computer.

Wont update and wont let me delete it. Its been stuck in limbo for a week now.

When tapping on things it takes a few seconds to react. And I have an iPhone 6. When clicking back in Doctor search, it forgets state and resets some of the fields but remembers others. But usually it just has a delay reaction so you keep pressing back, it doesnt respond. But when it finally does it goes back way further then you wanted.

Messages are completely blank, nothing will show up. Very clunky app.

Very misleading! The app pic shows an option to view claims, yet when you download the app there is no claims app. Useless!

Ive done everything possible trying to access this app, but nothing seems to work. Keep getting "sorry blah blah blah" messages --- technical issues, cant access files, site is down. Sooo...if these geniuses cant operate a simple app, what am I to expect when Im needing life-saving surgery? "Sorry, were busy trying to fix our app, so dont operate on him. Give him some aspirin and shove him out the door." Pathetic!

So good to have my ID card. Was able to fax to my doctor.
