"Sorry."

This is the message I get most often when trying to use the app.
"Sorry, cant find any doctors"; "Sorry, cant access your medical benefits right now"; "Sorry, please call Customer service" etc.

The reason I downloaded the app is to cut the middle man, and do it myself...Why bother having an application that fails to work 75% of the time?
